Former Contractor - Sales Assistant

I worked at Harrods for less than a year

Pros

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere from colleagues.

Cons

Very busy over Christmas holiday season

I have been working at Selfridges full-time for more than a year

Pros

I moved over from one of our group businesses last year and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. You get full ownership and accountability of your work, you work with fun, creative,... likeminded people and the discount is AMAZING. As is the holiday allowance. The benefits for staff are brilliant here - flexible working, great charity initiatives and fundraising things to get involved in.

Cons

No cons that I can think of, it's a great place to work

Advice to Management

Not really no.
