Most co-workers, overall hospital staff
Clear favoritism in all locations, friends have been promoted whether deserving of the position or not, kept staff who were willing to always say yes or who have family that work in other departments... while throwing others under the bus, their treatment of most support staff caused worthwhile staff to leave for other companies, constant turn-over of support staff at most locations, animosity between positions out of fear of job consequences, and an overall toxic environment.
Advice to Management
Stop promoting friends to management unless actually deserving, come up with a better system for review of job requirements and performance, stop holding on to people just because family or friends... are important, stop pitting staff against each other, and improve the overall environment of the department.

-SLT does seem to micromanage some departments and some work when there isn't a need. -Pay structure could be more competitive and/or transparent. -Not a lot of room for growth
Advice to Management
Be more willing to delegate responsibilities, especially as Eskenazi Health continues to grow and compete with surrounding health organizations. Also, don't be afraid to get more aggressive with pay... structures so good employees aren't forced to leave due to financial reasons.
