Former Employee - Field Manager

I worked at Hermes full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Job Role, Benefits Offered, Company Car.

Cons

Bonus System not adhered too, consistently changing Rotas, No Training, Support or Feeling Valued with in a Team Environment. No work life balance, thus attrition high, placing Stress on Team left in... the Field, adding to more attrition.

Advice to Management

Loved my Job, please get the correct Individuals in place to Manage People and ask them to earn respect not command it. Also Train and Support all New Staff making them feel like they are working... for the Multinational Company Hermes are, recognising Staff who go beyond their pay grade. Staff who feel valued perform, also have a Personal Folder for all Staff held onsite to allow them to be recognised for any Courses attended and look to Support New Staff in the merits the have already obtained. Appraisals held regularly and any Support followed up on. Pay reflected on ability to do your Role, meeting agreed Targets set out, and not for how long you have been in a Role.

Current Employee - Quality and Compliance Manager

I have been working at Bluetree Group full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

At the cutting edge of the Industry, supports and develops its employees, huge opportunity for advancement, brilliant benefits and friendly and inclusive company ethos.

Cons

Hard work is required at a constantly changing and evolving company
