Pros

Autonomous, semi-independent clinical positions within Electrophysiology. Much of this work is dictated by policy and protocols that come from the Physicians. Great flexibility with work... hours/scheduling. Benefits are good, too.

Cons

Downsides are the pay scale and range. Due to our speciality within cardiology, compensation should be much more.
