Pros

Fantastic on boarding process from start to finish. Everyone's welcoming, happy to assist you as a new starter, welcome packs given, IT & system training given along with fantastic support from... the Recruitment team. IM have a great working culture and working environment where wellbeing is a big part of your life here. The focus is trust and flexibility with employees to ensure they are happy so that they can give their best. Opinions are valued and career progression is tailored to you individually. The office is vibrant yet relaxed and it’s a superb place to work.
