I have been working at HitFox Group

    Pros

company is in a hot industry. Nice offices. Great location

    Cons

Horrible Product issues. Poor communication, everyone is chasing their tail instead of focusing on the core business needs. Major disconnect with Sr. Management and middle-management is too... overwhelmed to really make an impact. Too many obstacles to get the job done. Management seem to be more focused on being a name in the industry than to actually evolve in a clear direction. Very young and inexperienced sr management
