I worked at Greek Ministry of Justice, Transparency & Human Rights full-time for more than a year

Pros

good work life balance payment on time 10 days off every summer

Cons

they don't want to move to digital era in 2018 they hired 150 computer scientists enhance courts' business processes and finally turned them to secretaries (data entry, paper work etc) high... school degree managers (with out MBA / qualifications) cannot manage fully qualified personnel with master degrees and PhDs secondary school executives managed to get all rights of university executives (for no apparent reason, justo politics) practical computer technicians (with out degrees / qualifications) don't let qualified personnel (master + phd degrees in computing, business administration) take over and enhance productivity

Advice to Management

give up for the good og Greek Citizens, just go home, Greek Citizens don't need your business practices any more (i.e. communication with telephone calls, no emails, no digital services, no digital... management etc) and cannot afford to ask for one-day off from their jobs just to talk to you
