I have been working at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt full-time for less than a year

Pros

A supportive working environment. Everyone is approachable and friendly when help is needed. Emphasis on a "Get it right" mentality. The team is always pushed to finish a task correctly and are... never forced to deliver a half finished product. A strong team mentality means you write and contribute quality code regularly. The work is rewarding and there is a good work life balance.

Cons

None that I can think of.
