Pros

Fast-paced environment. Employees and peers are asking questions and actively solving issues rather than ignoring them. They treat their interns very well, allowing them full access to set up lunch... meetings with staff ranging from manager to exectuve level, friendly company.

Cons

Some of the downsides included average pay and unorganized HR system.
