Awesome group of people, with great collaboration between departments. Everyone very approachable and willing to help. Response during the COVID pandemic has been proactive and puts staff first.

Pros
challenging, interesting work. Lot's of scope for self-direction. Lot's of travel and training opportunities. Supportive and engaging work place culture, flat management structure, approachable... senior management.
Cons
a lot of legacy code- makes integrating new development challenging (and expensive). lack of mentorship for high-level design/software architecture company should increase investment in updating... and replacing core technologies and code base.

empower engineers to investigate and pioneer new tech- and invest in it when they find it
