I worked at BT full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Good work environment, good salary brilliant people. I worked there for 24 years in total and decided to leave for new pasture with hindsight probably one of my less wise decisions.

Like most big companies they can be slow to move
Advice to Management
Please dont move away for caring for your staff with the new 20/20 contracts the people you employ are truly loyal to you and in times of hardship loyalty will count more than pay.
