Featured Review

Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Culture of continuous learning and re-invention

Cons

Some processes could be shredded

Advice to Management

Continue to inspire and make a dent in the universe

Former Intern - Analyst

I worked at Scotiabank for less than a year

Pros

People I have met in Scotia are so nice. Those are the colleagues that I can rely on, supervisors that I can turn to. They are professional and caring. Feels like family. I learnt so much from them

Cons

Not really any negative vibe that I can recall. Though it would be better if all department would stay close to headquarter at King. Kinda have to travel to different departments but it’s relatively... close with street cars or subways anyway
