Featured Review

Current Employee - Talent Acquisition Lead

I have been working at IPSEN full-time

Pros

- New CEO bringing a human approach to working at Ipsen - Some really bright people working within the organization working hard for the patients, no matter if they are directly working on trials or... if they are in back office functions - Fantastic internal opportunities for all levels of employee - some of the best internal mobility I've seen

Cons

Culture, communication and respect in any international businesses can always be improved upon, Ipsen needs to do more in this area and promote the need for this internally.

Former Employee - Metal Fabricator

I worked at Ipsen International full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay hours and benefits are good

Cons

Company does not maintain their equipment. Company does not enforce COVID safety protocols Employees create hostile work environment (anti-LGBT jokes, clothing allowed) Management opened up during... quarantine, despite not having enough work to stay busy. Company began mass firing of employees for various reasons when work slowed down due to Pandemic. I was personally fired for attendance, approved vacation time during quarantine period was cited as one of the reasons for this. Hours are not always input correctly by management

Advice to Management

Entire company culture needs to be overhauled. Management team needs retraining or reassignment. Take care of your employees and equipment and they will take care of you.
