Former Employee - Research Assistant

I worked at Imperial College London full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Lot's of very clever people, prime location

Cons

A lot of the time you have to work by yourself, but that's the problem of research in general

Current Employee - Boots Customer Assistant

I have been working at Boots part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Relaxed and enjoyable workplace. Everyone is always positive and everyone helps one another, especially if there are complaints/ problems with customers.

Cons

Only Con is dealing with customer complaints, however, that comes with the job so you just need to know how to communicate and deal with people.
