Featured Review

Current Employee - Consulting Analyst

I have been working at Info-Tech Research Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fun atmosphere All the latest gadgets

Cons

Lack of career development (mentorship is at a minimum) Little guidance

Current Contractor - Client Service Representative

I have been working at Lannick for more than a year

Pros

Very young and vibrant office, definitely pushes you to want to grow within the organization

Cons

No structured training, really fending for yourself. Will absolutely low ball your salary even if you have experience. There is always someone willing to do your work for cheaper.

Advice to Management

More structured training and professionalism outside of meetings
