Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time

Pros

Fantastic platform with smart and engaging people

Cons

As expected, the hours are long

I have been working at EY

Pros

Great teams. Opportunities to work on huge projects within a few weeks of joining the team. Opportunity to work across the country with multiple teams.

Cons

Unpaid overtime. Can spend a long time working on away projects.

Advice to Management

I think the management of the firm is great. My managers recognise my hard work and I feel I have been rewarded with good feedback.
