Former Employee - H R Administrator

I worked at J Sainsbury full-time for less than a year

Pros

Friendly patient kind people that talk to you with mutual respect. It's a chilled workplace. You feel calm and relaxed whilst working rather than stressed out.

Cons

Training is hard to understand over the phone and over email. There were constant changes to what we had to do and mistakes store managers etc would make that we needed to sort out. constant add ons... on the job role.

Pros

Darren the regional manager was really nice and took the time to get to know everyone, even the sales assistants
