"Perfect"24 Oct 2019

Former Employee - Customer Service

I worked at J Sainsbury full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good shift patterns Good pay Chance for a lot of overtime

Cons

none that were apparent at the time

"Great Company"31 Oct 2019

Former Employee - Human Resources Assistant

I worked at Waitrose & Partners part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

There is a lot of opportunities to grow within your role. As the retail industry is always changing and evolving. Meeting lots of different minded individuals from all walks of life. It's a great... way to learn about different individuals cultures and religions. Great discounts on John Lewis/ Waitrose and Partners.

Cons

Even though there are lots of opportunities to grow within your role, it's a little bit hard to climb the progression ladder due to many cuts and the lack of vacancies. However, this is to be... expected working within the retail industry. As change can be there for the better or for the worse.
