Advice to Management

Try and understand how work is carried out by your team members rather than sitting in front of a computer and ordering staff to work according to how you want. Make decisions that seem sensible to... others, please understand that you don’t own the airport and you’re just a staff like everyone else and that people have some self respect and dignity. Treat everyone fairly
