Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Thomas full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

The company has been changing for the better in the last few years. I believe there is a stronger sense of community and corporate spirit. It is not a huge company, but it allows people from all... kinds of professional backgrounds to leave their mark if they so choose.

Cons

Departmental division and some old school thinking that refuses to leave.
