I have been working at Kier Group full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Kier is a great place to work and over recent years we've seen the business become more focused on delivery and performance excellence whilst doing a huge amount to attract and retain the right... people to take the business forward. The range of projects that Kier deliver across the country is quite remarkable and makes you feel truly proud to work for the company.

Cons

As you would expect in a large business, it can sometimes feel that process is cumbersome.
