Pros

I've worked with three separate teams at Kier, two in IT and one in HR, and have worked with the most fantastic people. Kier are always looking for ways to involve and develop employees and have... great benefits. I'm looking forward to a long career here.

Pros

UrbanBuilt allows for flexibility in your schedule. Room for growth into other areas of construction. Excellent benefits package. Respectful and honest atmosphere between the entire team. Management... genuinely cares about and is proud of their company and its employees.

Cons

I would say the lack of consistency and accountability but that has significantly improved in the last year. UrbanBuilt's team is a continual work in progress, always striving to do better
