I have been working at Konecranes full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company hashtags #welcometokonecranes #loveourteam #liftyourcareer really to live up their mantra. Since joining, I have felt nothing less than welcomed and genuinely cared for - not just... professionally, but also personally. I have also witnessed the progression of careers of colleagues, who like me haven't been with the business too long, the company has recognised talent from within.

There are none to speak of!
