Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Kony full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you like roles that make a difference then Kony is the place for you. Big enough to provide scale to our customers but small enough for your individual contribution to count where it matters.

Cons

Not the place to be if you don't like change. Its a given!

Current Employee - Software Developer

I have been working at KORE Software full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Cool culture, flexible timings, supportive people. Lots of room to learn cool tech.

Cons

Sometimes you get deviated from your expertise according to the project demands.
