free street parking if the unsafe regular lot gets jammed up. you can get away with anything. behave as you wish. there are no consequences.

Cons

Horrible benefits. long hours. no leadership

Advice to Management

pay decent wages, give better benefits, offer 401k, better vacation. be more legal.
