Pros
Professional, carreer growth oportunity, great people
Cons
long hours, pressure, not enough social interaction
Pros
- You learn to photograph many different types of people and situations - Fun atmosphere with the customers in majority of situations
Cons
- Prepare to work past scheduled times - You make "spiff", and it's nearly impossible to make a decent amount off of it. Selling a $600 bundle earns you less than 2% of the price as "spiff", not... commission. - Not a high pay for the amount of work to be done - Overbooking creates lots of issues, especially around the holidays - Time constraints on appointments makes doing a great job and good sale difficult - Understaffed
