I worked at Lifetouch

Pros

Did not meet a single unpleasant person. Everyone is uplifting kind positive. Very flexible work hours.

Cons

Transport equipment daily to events. Inconsistent hours if preferred hours are not specified.

Former Employee - Senior Sales Manager

I worked at Picture People full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

You get to learn a lot about photography and you get to see some really cool moments. My fav part was watching kids come in as babies and taking pictures of them and their family as they got older.... Pay was also good for management.

Cons

They would over book the photographers like crazy and we would have to rush sessions to keep up and as we all know kids are unpredictable. Also, the manager would make the assistant managers do... everything but take credit for it. It was obvious the the DM had a crush on the manager too so we wernt allowed to say anything about it with out it coming down on us.

Advice to Management

Be more detailed through your walk through and listen to the staff. Keep personal relationships out of buisness.
