Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Loblaw Companies full-time

Pros

Great benefits and people, discount, lots of room for developtment

Cons

hours can be random, work weekends/evenings, lots of bureaucracy

Advice to Management

Be more consistent with treatment of employees

"Great benefits"25 Feb 2020

Current Employee - Kitchen and Bath Designer

I have been working at Home Depot Canada full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Health care is free. You do not pay for it. It’s 100% covered for dental unless you get something really expensive done and that’s usually 50% covered. You get 15% discount on their stocks. You get... bonus twice a year. More than stat holidays covered.

Cons

Not enough coverage on the floor. Very busy.

Advice to Management

Need to help the departments who get sick calls.
