Current Employee - Saw Operator

I have been working at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

Pros

Good so not too bad was good

Cons

Could do certain things better

Former Employee - Barista

I worked at Aramark full-time for more than a year

Pros

Too many. The most important: People skills and care. Posibilty to learn how to sell and read people then use all the knowledge in company interest. I’ll be happy to be back.

Cons

The fact that you have to work 2 weeks upfront and then another 4 weeks to get paid. This happened to me. Depends when your employment starts.

Advice to Management

Think more outside the box.
