Featured Review

Former Employee - SEO Executive

I worked at MEC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good culture - in-house events and services/benefits, team events, good management support and regular reviews. Continual learning - regular mandatory training to ensure skills and knowledge are... up-to-date, opportunities to attend external training or further in-house training.

Cons

I had no bad experiences whilst working here.

Current Employee - Acquisition Executive

I have been working at Digitonomy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

You are given complete autonomy over your role, no micro management or people watching your screen over your shoulder. Professional development is widely encouraged and supported. Whether that be... changing your day to day role or attending a course to further knowledge. You are the master of your own destiny here, if you would like to be involved in a project or an opportunity you're welcomed to try new things. There are no whispers behind closed doors, or an inner circle of management. Knowledge isn't witheld here and you're genuinely informed of overall progress and departmental performance.

Cons

The biscuit jars are filled up seemingly hourly, so if you're on a diet you need a strong resolve.

Advice to Management

Please never change the current culture or working ethos.
