I have been working at MHR full-time for less than a year
Great support network, from peers to line managers to mentorship schemes. On- site facilities are great, subsidised canteen and coffee bars. Great internal training and focus on feedback and... progression. Clear efforts are made to ensure employees feel well looked after - from the buildings facilities through to Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing groups.
The scheme is structured brilliantly, at present there are no cons I would mention - 6 months into my career I feel settled within MHR. With current circumstances (social distancing, remote working)... I feel that MHR have sustained the same level of support for their employees.

Working with some of the most interesting companies, we are providing our clients with a product and service that truly adds value. The company is extremely agile and can make quick decisions and... changes when needed, which is an environment I work well in. Working alongside some of the best people in the business I have learned more in my time here than years in other companies. The close-knit team here genuinely cares about the mission and vision for the company future.
The fast paced and demanding environment is not for everyone and growing rapidly means no two days are the same, so you have to be prepared to be kept on your toes.
