Featured Review

Former Employee - Research Technician

I worked at MPI Research full-time

Pros

Great starting job, good coworkers

Cons

Some drama, pay was not great

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Dimplex Thermal Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Decent employee lunchroom with "market place" for snacks and drinks. Standard 401k with company match.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Pay is not competitive at all for hourly employees. HR department is completely inept at doing any of their functions. Prone to repeated lawsuits over HR violations. Not... military friendly. Shoddy quality; they refuse to purchase acceptable equipment/parts, and do not hold their vendors accountable. No communication between departments/constant infighting for resources. Little to no advancement available.

Advice to Management

Empower employees to make their own decisions. Pay them more than pennies, and you will get better products.
