Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at MZ full-time for less than a year

Pros

People are not siloed which provides a lot of growth opportunities. Very collaborative, supportive culture.

Cons

Fast paced. Most people work 10-7.

Advice to Management

Be more open to remote employees.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at GREE International Entertainment full-time

Pros

Great benefits and Salary. Great team building parties, etc.

Cons

They have no idea about how to make games. Management is poor and cluttered with visionless non-gamer business types.

Advice to Management

They need to understand that making games is a passion, not just a business!
