Featured Review

Former Contractor - Marketing Specialist

I worked at Maine Pointe for more than 5 years

Pros

This is a company that has proved itself to be resilient and focused even in the craziest of times. The CMO is a visionary who was very generous with their time and praise. I felt valued, was never... treated as 'only a contractor' and learned a lot during my very happy time with Maine Pointe .

Cons

From my perspective there aren't really any major cons.

Advice to Management

Continue to be innovative and listen to the many talented people within the organization.

Current Employee - Consultant

I have been working at Proudfoot full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Exposure to clients from different industries representing various management cultures Learning a practical transformation approach where you actually make change happen Supportive teams &... managers Involved CEO you can talk to anytime so you can actually feel you can have an impact Oppeness to new ideas & solutions

Cons

A lot of traveling involved - however that's typical for the industry

Advice to Management

Continue with the initiatives you've started
