I have been working at Mambu full-time for less than a year
Pros
Too many to list so I’ll touch on a few. The culture is second to none, fast paced environment, clear career progression, everyone’s opinion matters, each individual makes a clear difference in the... organisation (not just a clog), 4 day working weeks in Summer. This can go on. If you want to join a fast paced scale up which has great values join Mambu.
Cons
Like any great scale up you get growing pains but these are being dealt with in a proactive way.

Keep the culture it is vital to the success of the business.
