Featured Review

Former Employee - Business Development

I worked at Matomy Media Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Fun company. Everyone like to hang out together.

Cons

Some toxic management. A lot of purposeless meetings where people sit around for two hours just finding things to say about nothing.

Former Employee - Growth Partnership Manager

I worked at ironSource full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Good salary and benefits - Great industry and clients

Cons

- Micro management - Dont exist when you're not in HQ in Tel Aviv - Lot of bugs and manual work for a tech company - No HR in UK office

Advice to Management

Listen to employees abroad - more internal communication would be good for productivity. If an office overachieve their targets, they should be heard too.
