I have been working at McDonald's full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great colleagues Managers are nice Pay is very good and there are opportunities to increase it with further training Job is fairly easy but it can be demanding Hours are very flexible

Cons

Job can be hard at times It gets repetitive Customers are horrible

Advice to Management

Please learn how to run a shift properly before being promoted to manager and please look after your crew members Do not obviously favourite people because it has an effect on others
