Featured Review

Current Employee - Associate Partner

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Impressive quality of people, where you are encouraged to shape your own path within the company, working with the people you like and on topics you like.

Cons

High paced environment but offers a great learning opportunity

Former Employee - IT Service Manager

I worked at British American Tobacco full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Spent more than 10 years, and progresses my carrier significantly. Great location, facilities, salary.

Cons

The biggest negative is that it is the tobacco industry. I believe for the past few years, the ship is sinking, hence not too much room to progress.
