Current Employee - Busineess Analyst

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time

Pros

Leadership Interesting projects fro the start

Cons

Work life balance Can be stressful

Current Employee - Recruiting Coordinator

I have been working at Korn Ferry full-time for less than a year

Pros

no micromanagement, trust in staff, big company to work for, plenty progression opportunities, good salaries

Cons

there is a hot desking policy in the office, as staff are allowed to work from home a couple of days a week, so sometimes the office is extremely busy and quiet at other times.
