Current Employee - Inside Sales Representative

I have been working at Medtronic full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great management. Exceptional training programme. £10K is invested into training new employees. Plenty of opportunity to move up the ladder and move into new fields and roles. Great working... environment. Development in many areas: customer service, pricing, sales, strategic analysis, time management, communication, account management and many many more.

Cons

Learning curve of 12-18 months.

Former Employee - Community Based Case Manager

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Compassion driven corporate culture, excellent pay and benefits, management that focuses on positive reinforcement and training, wonderful co-workers, fulfilling work with measurable daily... achievements.

Cons

Constant change, sometimes without proper notification, lack of job security (employment determined by the state's political climate)
