work life balance is good. the company literally has zero leadership and no oversight so it's easy to get away with doing nothing and working minimal hours

Cons

-salaries are way below industry averages - entry level salary is minimum wage. - leadership: katelyn and kalin do nothing and reap all the benefits. highest paid employees and they literally do... nothing -michael neale is just as bad. totally out of touch with people, relationships, communication, and most importantly digital marketing. clueless.

Advice to Management

talk to your employees, evaluate your weaknesses, clean house, start over.
