Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Mindshare full-time

Pros

Nice office, nice people, enjoy work

Cons

Nothing wrong with working here

Current Employee - Associate Media Director

I have been working at MediaCom Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexibility, training, great working culture, great clients, lots of collective knowledge, good access to senior management, good exposure to the latest industry thinking.

Cons

Lower pay than the industry benchmark, low benefits, not enough resourcing, really bad financial systems, HR department is really poor

Advice to Management

Salaries should be on par with rest of industry to retain talent, as well as benefits.
