Former Employee - Team Associate

I worked at Momentum Marketing Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

There were no pros to working here.

Cons

Everything you can think of. This company is a MLMs or as I like to call it a pyramid scheme. Horrible people and even more of a heinous boss. She once said old people make her feel disgusted.

Advice to Management

Quit and leave. No one wants your business to continue to run.

I worked at 1101 Marketing Group for more than a year

Pros

Flexible scheduling, fun people to work with, and a team atmosphere that focuses on "training", in a sense. That would be about it.

Cons

Well, to be honest, the job was nothing like what is described in the interview. You hear about all of the ways to "move up" in the company, and they talk about atmosphere and working hard, but... really you're just standing in a Sam's Club and trying to sell to people that are buying groceries. Some of the salesmen were extremely pushy, and it made customers visibly uncomfortable. Customers would try to get away quickly, and were often met with rude/sarcastic comments. Granted, this was only from some salesmen. The two highest up guys weren't like that. There just seemed to be a disconnect from the attitude of the oldest guys and everyone else in terms of communication.

Advice to Management

Be a little more upfront with what the job actually is, and make sure the sales team are trained on how to properly interact with customers in a professional manner.
