Pros

There is a great culture at E3R where people work hard, but play hard with lots of rewards and social outings. The leadership team have all worked as recruiters so know the recruitment side of the... business inside out. The company prides itself on its relationships with clients and they really go that extra mile meeting both the clients and candidates needs.

Cons

If you don’t like change and a fast-paced environment then E3R isn’t the place for you. The company has big growth plans with lots of opportunities for career progression. It’s an exciting time to... work at E3R with lots of positive changes with training, improving processes and ways of working, ensuring everyone’s working efficiently and is happy in their work.

Advice to Management

My advice to the management is keep doing what you’re doing, driving forward with the strategic growth plans, investing in people, partnerships, equipment and software –all resulting in making E3R an... enjoyable place to work.
