I worked at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

They have one of the best grad program if you are joining straight after uni, fact paced learning and acquaintance with MS infra and most importantly opportunity to network with so many who have... joined with you . Engineering/Tech at MS is well organised and business has long term visions , this help build quality global products, instead of switching focus over different initiatives due to fluctuating market conditions.

Cons

well structured and globally consistent tech stack comes at a cost of due communication and verification before making changes for local business. This could be frustrating at time for quick... turnaround.

Put in more effort and money to retain talent.
