Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Moto Hospitality full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Excellent company to work for. I’ve worked with Moto for a long time and I’ve seen the company change a lot over the years, largely for the better. Really great career progression. There’s... nothing to stop you from taking your career right to the very top if you’re willing to put in the work. There’s always been a sense of competition between sites which really helps you to strive to do your best.

Cons

Sometimes the pressures and the need to get the best results can get to people. You’ve got to work hard to deliver results which isn’t for everyone. Tight labour and low numbers can make it... difficult to deliver expectations on all fronts.

Advice to Management

Keep encouraging us to work to be the best but make sure we have the resources to do it. Profit isn’t always about cutting costs, it’s also about retaining and developing brilliant people!

I worked at Toot'n Totum full-time for more than a year

Pros

There is no pros about this job.

Cons

The management has favorites if you are not one of their favorites you will be treated horrible. They decrimate against certain people. It is easy to get fired from. Be careful you can be false... accused of something if they want to get rid of you. The pay is so horrible

Advice to Management

Treat employees better
