Pros
The people who work here (for the most part) are lovely people who work in the field of human services because they really care. The work the case managers and nurses do for their community is really... important.
Cons
Management is extremely toxic, even with each other. No one gets along and no communication happens between departments unless they run into an issue that can only be resolved by talking. Management... lead their teams by gaslighting them into thinking that they will be valued if they just do a little more work, if they just give the company a little more time... but this never happens and they do not care about the mental or physical health of anyone who works there. As a human services agency, I was extremely disappointed by how little they actually care about their employees. Its all about appearances here, the CEO is always on a power trip and the CFO is a perv who is only nice to you when he thinks you are going to be agreeable to whatever he needs from you.
Pros
Average employer. Easy to be employed
Cons
Pay could be better, breaks could be managed better
