Not a con but would be better to get a clear direction in which we are going as an organization so as to align the business goals with the tech goals. More collaboration can do wonders if we can... achieve it across different departments could easily become silos

Set the business goals , technical goals in a project for a clear direction to team members which is not always possible or easy in the dynamic world we live in but would be good to have that effort... made for better achievements from bottom up
