Former Employee - Customer Service

I worked at NIKE full-time

Pros

Loved the atmosphere amazing people

Cons

None nike was an amazing experience

Current Employee - Senior Marketing Manager

I have been working at Stryker full-time for more than a year

Pros

The culture here is great! I feel really lucky to be part of such a positive team of inspiring professionals.

Cons

I took a big pay-cut to join this company, and the HR department and on-boarding was awful.

Advice to Management

Focus and de-centralise, roll-out the T.O.M. to other international markets where local market expertise can be leveraged. More focus on sustainability to attract the next generation of talent.
