No major downsides to working at NICE. Sometimes there are peaks and troughs in workload, depending on committee meetings. Flexibility is important.

we guide professors and lecturers not oly to get into a reputed university but also we guide them through out their stay in that country

more projects every year more and more people are going so need to open 2 more branches in USA and Canada

AS the management is strict on the eligibility criteria as we are on international standards many people lose the opportunity in lil things so management should help to them .
